A2 feedback has been created to give you
the opportunity to confidentially provide feedback
- good or bad, on any aspect of our service at A2
Housing Group.
So who is A2 feedback aimed at?
The answer is everyone who is connected to us!
Our customers - tenants and other
occupiers of our properties
Our partners - organisations, local
authorities and related agencies who partner A2 in
our day to day activities
Our staff - whose opinions and thoughts
are vital to the successful future in which way we
deliver our range of services
What do we want to hear from you?
We want to listen to any comments that can ultimately
have a positive impact to the way in which we can
provide housing solutions in the future. This may
include:
Complaints and concerns - particularly
if you feel that your viewpoints are not being responded
to through the normal procedures
Comments and suggestions - thoughts
as to how we currently perform and deliver - detailed
or simple suggestions that just might lead onto greater
things. It is so important for A2 to get independent
opinion - looking at ourselves from the inside is
never satisfactory!
Praise - it's always good to hear
that we are doing things right, and such feedback
gives us the confidence to move forward systems and
procedures that work
What will we do with the feedback?
All feedback will be monitored by a senior management
group at A2, headed by John Knevett, Group Chief Executive.
As the weeks and months go by, our objective is to
study comments submitted to A2 Feedback and identify
common trends that could in turn have real influence
on how we shape the organisation in the future. And
in circumstances where information provided is of
particular importance, we will react accordingly.
Please note that your feedback comments will
not be responded to individually. All channels
for normal personal response are open, and in the
case of complaints, our procedures are set out within
our standard tenant communication.
How will we keep you informed about A2 Feedback?
We will report each quarter on the levels and types
of responses being received by A2, with comment on
any subject matters that are attracting numbers of
feedback and the importance that this may have. We
will also state any actions that have been made as
a result of feedback given. You will be able to see
this information in three main communications:
Our newsletter for residents
Newsletter for staff, board members and our business
partners
Annual Report - our summary of the previous year's
activities and achievements

A2 Feedback is a confidential feedback service. All
messages are handled externally to A2 Housing Group,
and any names related to specific feedback will be
removed prior to submission to A2. Remember that if
and when you want a specific response to a point raised,
please follow the normal channels in contacting A2
